Refund Policy

Cancellation terms will be agreed at the time of booking.

Where no specific agreement applies:

• Individual sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
• Corporate programme cancellations may be subject to contractual notice periods.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
